PEAK OF THE RUN. Our camp is located 300 miles southwest of Anchorage, and produces some of the largest and most varied catches in Alaska. We have a comfortable camp of 10 x 12 screened wall tents with wood floors and propane stoves, each accommodating two fishermen. There is a shower and fish freezers, and top-notch cooks and menu. Each pair of fishermen has one guide per boat and motor. There are several varieties of fish: King, jack, calico, sockeye and silver salmon, rainbow trout, pike, char, whitefish, arctic grayling and Dolly Varden.

Mulchatna River Camp
With this “all inclusive trip,” just bring your personal bag, and we will provide the rest:
25 classic Alaskan wall tents, including separate 10×12’ sleeping, 16×20’ eating, and 14×16’ showering, etc. All heated and cleaned daily.
Great Meals
Crab, pork tenderloin, turkey, ribs and steaks are prepared for hungry, hard-working anglers by our fantastic staff of cooks.
We take pride in our experienced, hand-picked staff of guides, cooks and hostesses. Most of our staff has worked together for several years and each season is like a family reunion.
Quality motors, boats, and rafts. Both spinning and fly rods/ reels.
Freezer Storage
Filleting, packaging, and freezing of your fresh catch of the day.
We are 300 miles southwest of Anchorage, Alaska in the world’s most prolific salmon drainage. Due to our location, and your trip dates, all species of salmon will be in different color phases.
The fishing action in numbers and variety is exceptional for Alaska standards. With other Alaska road-system fisheries closing due to insufficient salmon escapement over the years, our location has been the most reliable and productive source for salmon fishing.
Wildlife Viewing
Caribou, moose, brown bear, wolf, fox, beaver, waterfowl, osprey, and eagle.
